"Had the best dinner at Hemingway's. Amazing sunset views from their rooftop sitting area. Food was gourmet Cuban. Do not miss the chicken wings and the plantain board so delicious and full of favor. Burger was award winning, and Hemingway's had the best drink menu."

"Great atmosphere and food! Don't be confused by the hotel venue. This is a wonderful place for dinner. Outdoor seating includes shaded tables, a lovely view and a pleasant atmosphere. Service is pleasant and prompt. Food is delicious. We had mariquitas with great dipping sauce, beef empanadas (fabulous dough), shrimp al ajillo, baca frito sliders and arroz con pollo. Good drinks too. Not just tourists here; there were local families eating here as well."

"Fantastic first dinner in Asheville! We were thoroughly impressed from start to finish at our dinner at Hemingway's. We reserved a rooftop terrace table which had gorgeous views and really added to the overall atmosphere. We ordered the empanadas-which we agreed were the best we had ever had and the ceviche for starters which was excellent and unique presentation with plantain chips. Our group was split on how we felt about the cocktails-but favorites were the daiquiri and the Cuban fresco. For dinner would highly recommend the following choices: bistec palominos and masas de cerdo which were our groups favorite food choices of the night. Dessert-the churros were felt to be pretty standard. Would highly recommend the cake de Ron, really flavorful, light, and large portion. Overall, would definitely come back if we come back to Asheville. Thanks Hemingway's for an excellent meal.

"I held an engagement party for my daughter and fiancé on 6-5-21 and it was wonderful! We had approx. 50 guests and served appetizers, wine, beer and a champagne toast. The food was excellent and there are several great choices for wine! Brit and Kaitlyn were very professional, organized, friendly and efficient! I highly recommend booking a party for an occasion! And the views are spectacular!"

"Great drinks, views, food, & service. I had ceviche and wife had pork - both were great. Shared the flan- which was amazing. Had a locally made dark rum sour drink too. And we had so.e great weather on the 4th floor patio which is huge - probably 80' x 120'."
