Entrée selections include petite filet of beef with mojo sautéed jumbo shrimp, pan-seared red snapper with cilantro-lime crust, stuffed chicken breast with chorizo and queso blanco, or a Cuban stuffed poblano pepper with black beans, pico, and cotija. Finish the evening with dessert options like flourless chocolate torte, warm Caribbean bread pudding, and a chocolate-dipped strawberry. The night is set to the sounds of Derek Galarza, providing an acoustic Latin soundtrack throughout dinner.
